QUICKPLAY warrants to the original purchaser of any new QUICKPLAY product, that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty conditions only apply to products purchased directly through QUICKPLAY Sport. Direct purchases include those made on QUICKPLAY websites in the EU, UK or USA, and via Amazon where QUICKPLAY Sport sold and fulfilled the order. If you purchased your product through a company other than QUICKPLAY Sport, you should contact them in the event of a product fault or customer service claim.
Warranty conditions only apply to new, full products and are not applicable to used products, warehouse seconds, spare parts or replacement parts.
The QUICKPLAY warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product, beginning from the date of the original purchase. This means that receiving a replacement as part of a warranty claim does not reset or extend the warranty period—coverage remains tied to the original order’s purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required to receive and maintain warranty coverage. Please retain records of your purchase, such as sales receipts, order numbers, or invoices in case needed.

Fair Use Policy
Where our products are used in an institutional or club setting, they will wear considerably quicker than when utilised by a home user. Some of our products are designed specifically for institutional and club use and purchasers must ensure they are buying a product that is fit for purpose. Where a product has become worn or damaged due to excessive or inappropriate use, warranty conditions will be voided and we will not be liable for replacement or refund.
This warranty also does not cover damages resulting from the following:
If your QUICKPLAY product gets wet during use (due to rain or snow), please ensure that it is properly dried out before storing in its bag. Storing your product damp / wet may result in damage such as rust or rot and will void your product's warranty.
Do not leave products outdoors after use / for a prolonged period of time, doing so will void your warranty. This excludes products which are clearly marketed as "All-Weather" (such as Q-FOLD Soccer Goals) and are designed to be left assembled outdoors.
Prolonged exposure to sun and rain will degrade your item and reduce its useful lifespan. Damage due to weather exposure will void your product's warranty.
Please consider your local climate when making your purchase. Some areas of the world are subject to extreme summer heat, in which products made of plastics do not perform as well, and/or can be irreparably damaged. If you live in one of these areas we don't recommend a plastic frame goal is the right product for you and you should instead consider our metal frame goals.
Limited Manufacturers Parts Warranty Replacement Policy
QUICKPLAY commits to replacing parts found to be defective within the terms of the Warranty. Please be aware that while we strive for efficiency, we cannot make definitive guarantees on the delivery time of replacement parts. Variations in production and distribution, which are often beyond our control, may cause occasional delays. Nevertheless, our commitment is to provide our customers with the required parts as promptly as we can.
In the event that QUICKPLAY is unable to replace a defective part or product that is covered under the warranty, QUICKPLAY reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund up to, but not exceeding the value of the original product. QUICKPLAY reserves the right to render such refund through the provision of a store credit, or by refunding the original payment method, according to QUICKPLAY's discretion.
Open Box & Used Products
Products which are sold as 'Open Box' or 'Used' condition on QUICKPLAY websites and marketplaces (e.g. eBay and Amazon etc.) are excluded from the QUICKPLAY Manufacturer's Parts Warranty. Such products are sold at significant discounts compared to new products and customers purchasing these products assume any defect risks associated with these products.
If you purchased an 'Open Box' or 'Used' product and it is in an unusable condition out of the box, please contact us for resolution.
Attempting to register a warranty for an 'open box' / 'used' product via the warranty registration page does not grant any warranty coverage.
You can extend your warranty for an additional year (up to a maximum of 730 days) by joining our mailing list within 15 days of delivery and registering your warranty via the link below.

This is a super easy set up, takes about 5 minutes to put it all together. It’s very sturdy, it takes some very hard shots and doesn’t tip over because of its weighted core. I would give it a full 5 stars but the right hand corner strap was not toed correctly and I have to manually loop and tie the green elastic string. Besides this minor issue, this is a great product. I have it set up in my driveway in front of the garage door.
I got the 16x7 and I love it! Its incredibly durable, doesn't tip, can handle being left outside in the hot sun for days, and is very easy to setup and teardown. There is nothing better than this for the size, price, and quality. If you need something portable, nothing beats it.
Really well made, excellent product
These goals are the best for portability and durability. They set up and take down in a few minutes and it's close to having a real goal. The "Elite" models with the weighted bottom parts and rubber are a big plus to help them stay where they need to be and feel more solid. 4 stars because of a few improvements that might be made. The bottom parts of the net rip a little too easily and the rubber nubs to attach the net at the bottom bend and seems like it will fail. I also wish it was 7' tall. Assuming they kept at 6.5' for the physics of it and not wanting to use a 3 piece spring back post like the 16' x 7" goals. Still my favorite goals.
Ordered this after ordering the 6x4 q fold PVC goal in the same size. I will say I am very pleased with this style goal and will be looking to order another in the near future to replace the PVC one which is not holding up as expected.
Love this net. We had the 4x6 but my son decided to dive into it playing football and snapped the pole so we upgraded to the 8x5.
If I could give it 10 stars I would. I bought two of these goals. Things I like about them:
1) takes 3 minutes to set up
2) 10 year old kids I coach feel helpful setting them up. It is easy for them also
3) they pack well (albeit heavy to carry)
4) the weight makes them surprisingly sturdy. They can take direct shots at the post and the ball bounces back
5) they have extra thick sponges to prevent damage to the floor (currently using them in an indoor gym)
The only thing I don't like is that they came scratched. It does not impact me that much as they get the job done. However, I did not like seeing scratches on "brand new" goals.

The goal is handy and easy to use. It is one of the larger portable goals that I have seen and most closely matches the U12 dimensions. But what I'm most impressed with is that Quickplay replaced my net when it ripped during training. I would highly recommend this company, given the integrity of honoring their warranty.
I bought these for my high school team for practices and our youth camps. They are sturdy, easy to put up (once figured out the first time), and the kids enjoy having them more than normal pop-up goals.

I purchased a goal. A part broke (my fault). I tried to replace the part but was told that they do not stock/sell parts. My only option was to purchase a whole new goal as replacement.

10 setup. 10 tear down. We use it for u14 scrimmages. Works great no issues.
I ordered the Elite 18.5' x 6.5' goal and immediately processed a return upon receiving it. I did not open it up so I can't attest to the quality of the goal. But I returned it because it is just way too heavy and cumbersome. The photos on the product website page are a little misleading as it makes it seem like the goal is easily carriable and portable. It is not. This is an instance where something is much bigger and heavier than you would expect. It is a back breaker and would require some sort of wagon or pull cart to carry it to a field if you are trying to "carry" it by yourself comfortably. Upon further looking at the product website page, I see that the box weight of the goal is listed and I now realize that I mistakenly assumed that the box weight would account for some packaging and weight of the box, etc. But there's not too much in terms of packaging so the goal itself weighs essentially what is listed as the box weight. I inquired with Quickplay if I would be able to return the goal in exchange for a different "lighter" version but was told they do not process exchanges and I was thus charged a $30 return fee. If you are interested in any of their goals, I would look to purchase from other online retailers as at least some of them offer free shipping and free returns so that you won't be out of substantial return shipping costs if something doesn't work out as expected.
This is such a fantastic product - so easy to assemble and store, great to play with - very impressive. And when I had a small manufacturing issue the product was replaced immediately with great customer service communication. Highly recommend.

The concept of the goal is great. It is doing exactly what it needed to do. After only one use, the internal wire that holds the longest pieces together, 18 ft long has broken. When I contacted customer service, I was told, it's not a necessary part, it's just meant to help you. This was a terrible answer to hear. So while I like the goal, I do not like this answer. I'm not sure what would have been a better answer, but they have a 1-year warranty so I assume I should have been sent a new bar and it could have sent back the old one.
It's very resistance any shots any weather conditions. It's always ready for play!
