Shipping policy

Shipping Information

  • We offer 2–4 business day shipping on all orders placed within Mainland EU.

  • For deliveries outside mainland EU, please open a support ticket, as delivery lead times are usually longer.

  • Deliveries to EU islands may take up to 14 working days to arrive.


Shipping Exclusions

  • We do not currently ship outside of the EU.

  • If you would like to speak to us about shipping outside of the EU, please open a support ticket.

Optional Shipping Protection

  • QUICKPLAY offers Comprehensive Shipping Protection Coverage, provided through Navidium.

  • By opting into this coverage during checkout for a small additional fee, customers are covered if a product is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Immediate replacements of parts or full products are provided without further inquiries.

  • The shipping protection add-on is entirely optional. Customers may choose whether or not to include it at checkout.

  • External courier partners (UPS, DPD, DHL, etc.) may subcontract parts of their service. QUICKPLAY does not control their operations, package handling, or security of delivery addresses. This is why Shipping Protection Coverage is recommended.

Opting Out:

  • Lost or stolen packages: If a customer opts out and a courier provides photographic proof of delivery, the package is considered delivered and the customer may be held responsible. Exceptions apply if the customer had notified us of unavailability or requested rearranged delivery.

  • Damaged packages: If a customer opts out, we will assess courier photographic evidence. If damage is not visible, replacement requests may not be fulfilled.

  • Investigations for lost or damaged packages may take time, and immediate re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

  • Shipping Protection allows immediate replacement if selected.


Undelivered Orders

  • Tracking information is provided with every order.

  • If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, open a support ticket promptly.

  • Claims for missing or undelivered orders must be made within 15 days of sale.

  • Optional Shipping Protection may affect how cases are handled.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to automated fulfillment.

  • If you ordered by mistake, follow our 30-Day Returns Policy to return the order for a refund.
