Refund & Returns Policy

Order Cancellations

  • QUICKPLAY is unable to cancel orders once placed due to the automated systems used to dispatch orders quickly.

  • If you ordered by mistake, follow our 30-Day Returns Policy to return your order for a refund.


Returning Your Item(s)

  • Only items purchased directly from QUICKPLAY can be returned to QUICKPLAY.

  • Items purchased through other retailers must be returned according to their respective returns and refunds policies.


30-Day Returns Policy

  • New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

  • Opened items may be accepted if unused and in resellable condition. Photos of the item’s condition may be required to determine eligibility.

  • Items opened but not in resellable condition, or returned due to change of mind, are not eligible for a refund.

  • To request a return, open a support ticket, providing your order number or proof of purchase and confirming that your item is new and unopened. If your return is accepted, instructions for returning your item(s) will be provided.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping charges are not reimbursable. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including used products, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and spare parts.

  • Gift items are not eligible for return unless the original order number or proof of purchase is provided.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • 'Sale' items, 'Latest Deals' items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not offered. Return the unwanted product and purchase a new one once your refund has been processed.


Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Any non-reimbursable charges will be deducted. Items determined to be in a 'used' condition are not eligible for refund.

  • Refunds may take up to 30 days.

  • If a refund is not received after 30 days, contact your card-issuing bank. If issues remain, open a support ticket.
