Return and refund policy

Order Cancellations

QUICKPLAY is unable to cancel orders once placed, due to the automated systems we use to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you ordered by mistake you can follow our 30 Day Returns Policy to return your order for a refund. 

Returning Your Item(s)

Only items that have been purchased directly from QUICKPLAY can be returned to QUICKPLAY. QUICKPLAY products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

30 Day Returns Policy

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, in their unopened original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Items whose packages have been opened are not eligible for returns. 

To request a return, please email us at support@quickplaysport.com providing your order number, or proof of purchase and confirming that your item is new and unopened. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on returning your item(s).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Return shipping charges are not reimbursable and will be deducted from the refund.

Any shipping charges from your original order will not be reimbursed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and spare parts. If you received your item as a gift, it is not eligible for return unless the original order number / proof of purchase can be provided. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

'Sale' items / 'Latest Deals' items or gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges of an unwanted product for a different one. Please instead return the unwanted (new) product as outlined above and purchase a new product once your refund has been processed. 

Returns Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method and a notification email will be sent to you. As outlined in this policy, any non-reimbursable charges will be deducted from your refund. Items determined to be in a 'used' condition are not eligible for refund.

Refunds may take up to 30 days. If after 30 days, the refund still has not been received contact the card issuing bank of the payment method used on your order to see why the refund has not posted. If this has been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at support@quickplaysport.com.
